  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I enjoyed it a lot. The numerous workshops, lectures and networking events taught me things about Barclays that I didn't before. It showed that Barclays was more of a Tech company rather than a bank, and showed me the wide range of areas to go into.

    • Most of the time. When working as a team we felt that we needed each other, as well as networking with employees and fellow Springers.

    • Quite a lot, Barclays arranged our travel, and a place to stay, as well as meals, and organised events for us.

    • Gave me better insight into my passions and what I want to do.

    • Good, but I wish we had more time allocated to certain projects.

    • Mainly lectures on certain industries as well as team building skills and exercises.

    • Gave me a full insight. Although I do wish you could choose which role you could shadow or learn more about.
