About You
I enjoyed it a lot. The numerous workshops, lectures and networking events taught me things about Barclays that I didn't before. It showed that Barclays was more of a Tech company rather than a bank, and showed me the wide range of areas to go into.
Most of the time. When working as a team we felt that we needed each other, as well as networking with employees and fellow Springers.
Quite a lot, Barclays arranged our travel, and a place to stay, as well as meals, and organised events for us.
Gave me better insight into my passions and what I want to do.
The Company
Good, but I wish we had more time allocated to certain projects.
Friendly, Kind, High spirited, warm, welcoming, challenging at times, sociable.
Mainly lectures on certain industries as well as team building skills and exercises.
Gave me a full insight. Although I do wish you could choose which role you could shadow or learn more about.
The key core of Barclays is always the centre of their focus. RISES
Very helpful, gave me a great idea on what to do next.
Everything Else
Paid and reimbursed for travel
Met employees, employers, grads, interns and fellow springers.
Got a chance to meet a lot of people at pubs and restaurants.
On campus and off campus they have a wide range of activities available.
Yes, very valuable experience for anyone, not just people interested in Tech
