  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The insight was very informative, we had many different types of interactive sessions and met many people within the bank.

    • Everyone within the company was very easy to talk to and shared their insight. We also got to speak to a wide variety of people.

    • We received advice from so many different types of employees within the company.

    • The skills and information I received has greatened my understanding of banking and I now understand more about the structure of banking and it’s roles which will help me in deciding what roles to pick in the future

    • We had a wide variety of sessions from a variety of different speakers which kept the sessions engaging and interactive

    • Everyone was very friendly and supportive

    • The firm invested a lot in us, we had such a huge variety of opportunities including insight sessions, work shadowing, graduate and senior panels and networking sessions

    • We had two work shadowing sessions which meant that we could go and actually see what the roles we were interested in looked like in practise and ask as many questions as we wanted

    • Very valuable, I think I have more of an idea of what career path I would like to go down in the company

    • We had both graduate networking and senior networking which graduates also attended

    • We didn’t find out much about this but I’m sure we would have had we asked
