About You
I really enjoyed the insight it was very informative
I felt very valued, alot of time was invested into me
Recieved alot of guidance and support from executives giving advice for successful careers
The communication, team work and commercial awareness skills I developed will be very valuable in the future.
The Company
Very well structured, everything ran to a tight schedule, little time spent waiting
Good atmosphere, everyone very friendly
The week enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the Barclays Functions Group. It also allowed me to appreicate how banks operate and the various groups within them.
Barclays culture was a frequently mentioned topic and this came across in the way people communicated with us
Not 100% sure about a future career path, however it will enable me to make informed decisions in the future.
Everything Else
Paid and reimbursed for travel expenses
Networking evening on Wednesday allowed me to me lots of employees and make connections
Networking on 31 was very good
This was less of a recurring theme, however it was touched upon
