I have really enjoyed this insight week because it was a great opportunity to meet new people and network Barclays' employees. I have also knew more about Barclays' values and I could better understand what is behind respect, integrity, service, excellent and stewardship and how this values are embodied by people working here.

I could develop skills that went beyond my expectations in fact I have not only developed technical skills, but also human skills and soft skills. I understood how to network with other people. So I was really felt valued at Barclays, as I felt like they invested in my training and in a way I had to repay them.

At the same time, also Barclays' employees, especially during working shadowing, helped me knowing more and at the same time they have always answered to my questions.

Yes, they helped me developing skills that will better my degree studies because they are skills that go beyond the professional environment, they will be assisting me in my everyday life, bettering my personality. Also information I have received about the technological side of banking sector will be very useful in the future.

In my opinion, this insight was generally well structured. A lot of people came here telling us about their career and Barclays values, so also the way it was structured was good. Also time management was well defined in order to have always something to do, so we had the opportunity to better every minutes.

It was a great atmosphere, because everyone was very kind and friendly. I had the opportunity to talk with people coming from a different background, so I knew more about their ideas, thoughts, opinions. Also talking with the employees was great and they were very helpful and ready to help us throughout the experience.

In terms of personal training and development, the company invested in me at the max they could do, in fact I felt like to repay Barclays with my knowledge and experience and taking the most of it. I have also been aware that they invested in my training from the starting of this week.

The insight helped me to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company using first of all the working shadow. They made me aware of what will be like to work here, which was the environment, the values and the benefits of this job.

The insight helped me in understanding the company culture at the most because every employees showed and embodied this culture. Starting from respect, integrity, service, excellence, stewardship, all this values were aligned with Barclays culture. I really raccomand this company as it is a very good environment to work in.

The content of the day was very valuable in helping me to decide on my future career path. In fact with working shadowing I become aware of what I will do in the future, both in this company or outside. All the contents were coherent with my expectations and I was very happy with this.

I was totally reimbursed for my expense from flight to the train tickets. Also here inside the company they totally paid for my lunch and also the hotel accommodation was totally paid by the company. The company have also paid for my dinner and breakfast. So in total it was really good.

There were opportunities for networking and meeting with other employees of the company. It was so great talking with different people from various environments. It open my minds to different ideas and it was a great opportunity. It was also very inspiring for me, as I could connect with many people.
