About You
The insight was great, was given the opportunity to shadow in a variety of areas within the division (Technology), and also got the chance to meet some great people.
Very valued. Deutsche convert many people from this insight week so the fact they kept stressing that meant we felt like a part of the firm already. They also organised everything so well that this was reinforced.
An ample amount, the helpfulness of the recruitment team aided this, but in addition, we had opportunities to speak to very senior staff members who have their time to give us advice etc. Any problems were adressed v efficiently.
The information learnt was helpful for beyond university as we learnt a lot of jargon used in the industry and were given a comprehensive understanding of the business as a whole. None of the info will help me in my studies however.
The Company
Perfectly structured, and very well organised.
Not too bad. In the case of the firm they were incredibly welcoming. There was a sense of competitiveness between some members of the cohort but to be expected.
Massively, and this aligned with their reassurance that we were there talent pipeline.
Perfectly.
Again, v well demonstrated to us
Very valuable, you get to witness what it’s like to work in the division.
Everything Else
Both senior and graduate networking.
Well organised, variety of background present who were very welcoming.
We did, mostly through the firm’s wellbeing policy, which they went through
100% such a good insight into the company, industry and division
