Was very useful. Some aspects such as work shadowing gave a good insight on my roles in the industry.

There was a Timetable that we stuck to throrughout the week.
It was well balanced. The fun/work balance was good.
From what I learnt, this company invests heavily in you and your wellbeing. They offer volunteering days as well

Yes, it will help you gain an insight to the industry and a particular career you wish to go into. It also gives you an insight of the professional working environment
