About You
Wish we were able to see more of the office, get an actual feel for the work, and the people that work at EY.
It felt a little bit like a mass Production. Because of the amount of spring interns you were barely able to connect with other people, whether that be employees or other spring interns.
Because it was very passive, in the form of many presentations, I do not think we gained many skills. Moreover, the presentations were very on the surface - Information that is accesssed through easy research on the company.
The Company
Well structured, but way too many „comfort“ breaks throughout that were unnecessary.
Very friendly. Everyone was accommodating and willing to answer your questions.
No workshops or skills sessions provided.
Didn’t get to see much of the office, barely had time to personally connect with employees working at EY.
Lots of emphasis on culture. But again, would have loved to see it for myself in the office (I.e a work shadow session)
Everything Else
Yes, although limited. Because of the amount of spring interns, and the small amount of time for the networking session, you were not able to build any personal connections. Wish more employees from the different service lines were involved in the lunch/social.
