    • My placement was impeccably setup, with many new things introduced throughout the year to make sure I got the most well rounded experience.

    • I was encouraged to go on many training courses, my manager gave me lots of opportunities to show her how much I had improved and invested alot of her time in working with me to help me progress in areas I felt I wanted to develop such that I have improved immensley according to colleagues and peers from the beginning of my placement.
