Insight day Review

I really enjoyed the insight day. The day was packed with activities and talks from amazing speakers. There was also an opportunity to network with current employees during lunch and all of them were extremely helpful and approchable. Attending to this insight day had provided me a lot of information about the industry and the company itself.

During the insight day, I felt very welcomed and valued. All the speakers were amazing and answered our questions with detail and with an intention to help. I felt free to ask everything I wanted and the environment was really good. Since the beginning until the end I felt really well.

As I said before, all the staff were approchable and helpful. Everyone was welcome and encouraged to ask questions. And there was a great range of speakers, from different departments which provide us with information about all th different opportunities within the industry and the company itself. Guidance about the recrutiment procedure was also provided.

This insight day helped me understand that we do not need a specific education background to work in this company.

As I mentioned before, the insight day was extremely well stuctured, we had always something to do while we were there and every activity connected with the others.

The environmnet was friendly and calm. Everyone was nice and I felt welcomed.

We did a trading game, which consisted in analysing different companies within our teams. And this game helped me to learn more about what makes a good company and in which aspects to focus when analysing a company and when deciding either to invest in the company or not to invest.

We listened to a lot of speakers from different departments, so I believe we have a good ideia of how it is to work whit the firm.

Again, because of the speakers and the network time I believe I have a good idea of the company culture. All the speakers highlighted the same features of the company that makes it culture different from the others and they all seemed to like the company culture and the environment in which they work.

Extremely valuable, since I learned a lot about investment management. And I am now considering it more as a good career path for me. Due to the experiences that the speakers shared, I believe I would like to work in this industry and that it would really suit me.

We did not have any costs, besides transportation. And the company provided lunch and an afternoon break. Al the activities were amazing and the day was packed with activities and speakers so the journey was really worthful. Since I get to learn a lot in that day and meet new people.
