About You
I enjoyed how easy it was to discuss with people from different desks in the division.
I was given some work to do which made me feel valued.
Every time I had a question it was answered clearly and it terms I was able to understand.
I believe that the information I learned were extremely valuable to pursue a career in GM.
The Company
I liked the fact that we had events organised by the Graduate Team but also had a lot of time at the desks
People at the desk were really nice and helpful
The e-learning sessions as well as the training we had on the first day were extremely helpful to keep up with the team
As I spent most of my days at the desk I had a clear view of what it was like working on the GM divison
By talking to a lot of people in different desks I was able to understand what roles would be good for me
Everything Else
The networking lunch was a great opportunity to meet and discuss with senior people
Nomura offers a lot of activities outside of work
