The Role
I have been tasked with loads of varied work, given lots of responsibility and worked with clients far more than I imagined.
I have met loads of great people and always feel a valued member of my team and iX.
I have also felt supported from my task manager, my team and my EPM.
Although often it has been down to me to find my own work to get involved with, I have always ensured I have stayed busy.
I have completely owned my role, covered colleagues whist they are away and been set deliverables on project work. I have also represented the company at events.
I have learnt so many professional and social skills which I can transfer to my future job roles, studies and personal life.
The Company
The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, welcoming and enjoyable.
I have a role where the work often varies but I was aware of that from the start. Each review was well organised as well as training provided.
'your learning' has been an extremely useful tool for providing a platform for learning as well as the opportunity to work with a number of different people from different roles..

I will be applying back for the grad role as I believe it is a great organisation for me to start my professional career.
The Culture
There are lots of placement students at my base location which has made it great for socialising and has enabled me to make some amazing friends with a lot of the other interns, often socialising together outside of work.
Being based in London has been tough in terms of living costs and I would say the one down side to this placement is the pay does not fairly represent the living costs for this area. Unfortunately I have to rent a property here which sets me back a lot.
London is lively and there are always places to go.
I play for the football team, there are lots of social events, I meet up with placement students a lot.
