About You
I really enjoied the Spring Week. I feel like I've learned a lot and now I have a clearer idea of what I'd like to do in future. I'm really grateful for this experience
We were valued during every moment of the programme. We could really ask whatever we wanted and everyone was very kind and aviable to answer.
A lot. Recruiters were always with us and we could always count of them if we needed something or we wanted clarifications.
During the programme we were provided with many financial/banking concepts. They really helped me understand more about those areas and they will for sure be useful during my studies.
The Company
It was well done. Every moment was structured within precise time frames so we always had something to do. On day one we were provided with a schedule so we always knew what we were going to do during the day.
It was a very enjoyable and friendly one. There was not the slightest bit of competion since the focus of everyone was just to learn as much as possible.
Probably as much as possible. We were explained everything we needed to know in order to understand the main concepts of finance and banking.
During the programme we had different networking events so that we could ask what we wanted directly to the persons who work in a specific division. They were really useful in order to understand more about the culture of the firm.
A lot. Probably the main key of the programme was to give as an insight into JPM culture and they were very able to do that.
As I said before, the Spring Week helped me a lot to understand what I'd like to do in the future.
Everything Else
We were not paid but JPM paid the flight and the accomodations for us. Breakfast and lunch were always provided, sometimes also dinner. We were also provided with a pubblic transportations card.
Yes, we had a lot of networking events with employees that ranged from an analyst to a managing director position.
They were incorporated with lunch/dinner/tea. During those events we were free to speak with everyone and ask employees everything we wanted to know.
Yes, we had a philantropy and BRG overview to help us undesratand more about it.
I would definetely recommend it to a friend. It was very useful to learn more about finance and banking. It's an amazing opportunity to understand what you'd like to do in the future and to meet a lot of different people in a challenging but friendly environment.
