About You
It was thoroughly enjoyable.
They always made it clear that as much as they are assessing us, we also are seeing if they are suitable. We are just as valuable and they aim to impress us also.
We where given a lot of support and advice on ways in which we can improve many aspects of ourselves e.g presentation skills, our personal brand and networking.
Gave me more confidence in my value and many interpersonal skills. Feel more motivated to work hard and do my best in studies.
The Company
Everything was thoroughly planned - always knew what to expect and everything was time coordinated.
It was a very positive atmosphere, open environment for learning.
Many presentations where given on how we could improve in many interpersonal skills - room for personal development.
Very in depth - we had specific Line of business days which allowed us to shadow our division of interest and learn about their daily tasks.
Very much - we learnt about how each employee is expected to operate (responsible and risk averse), and their expectations of us.
Very insightful - we where well informed on the line of business that we where interested in.
Everything Else
There where plenty - Careers fairs, networking drinks and networking lunches as well as line of business panels that happened almost everyday.
Many opportunities to meet with and socialise with the team of the division you are interested in and lean more about the role and company.
Yes, we learnt about sabbaticals and sports groups that are opportunities within the bank.
Most definitely - if they are interested, this spring insight will give them all the answers they need.
