About You
The spring week was different from what other banks provides as it allowed us to discover various business areas within the bank: IB, markets, asset management, leveraged finance, wealth management...
The programme was really structured and we received all the information we needed.
Even if I came from a finance background, the refreshers provided were really clear and useful.
The Company
The programme was really structured with various activities. We never got bored.
The atmosphere was really pleasant and relaxed: the spring week was designed first and foremost for its participants, to allow them to understand the bank.
We had very useful presentations about developing our personal skills, presence and brand. It was much appreciated.
The programme was really insightful with real-life testimonies of people working within the bank.
Everything Else
Coming from France, having the bank reimburse my accommodation and travel expenses was very much appreciated.
