About You
Broad range of insight offered across the firm as a whole, some highly engaging sessions although some bit arduous.
Felt like talent was valued when speaking to staff.
Certain members of staff were very helpful with respect to guidance
Not really relevant to my degree.
The Company
Very well structured
As good as can be expected in a bank.
Training sessions were numerous however although selection process was hard, felt still had to prove oneself.
Speaking to people during networking provided good insight into culture, however only limited time.
As previsoiky mentioned, networking was most useful part of the insight.
Certain parts of the days were useful regarding the less widespread departments
Everything Else
Could have a better expense policy in place as London expensive.
Yes, literally answered this question with my other answers. Lots of opportunity
These were numerous however were short relative to presentations so longer time would be better.
No, no discussion of extra curricular activities was available during insight.
Yes, good opportunity to experience firm itself however the expenses may be an issue.
