About You
It was so exciting and interesting to be part of this Spring week.
I learnt a lot and they give the impression that I really have my place there.
Really useful and practical tips for the interviews for example.
I got some new insights about the banking industry that convinced me that finance is also very interesting.
The Company
A lot of fulfilling programs that help us understand the banking industry.
Very friendly people and very cool experience with no pressure.
they give us the opportunity to do an interview for a summer internship after that so it is a small but real investment.
Spring is for the Summer and Summer id for the full time role. That simple.
We met a lot of people working at J.P. Morgan at many different positions and many simulation games in real life situations.
We learn a lot and it is useful but is only an insight so not that much.
Everything Else
I spent nearly nothing during this Spring Week so they cover all of the expenses linked to the time at JPMorgan.
Yes there were many networking sessions to meet the insiders.
They were too short but interesting. And not enough people from the Investment Banking division.
They do a lot of social work near the office for example. I could join one of their group if I get into J.P. Morgan.
It is the best way to discover J.P. Morgan and the banking sector.
