The Role
It was an amazing opportunity and a great experience. I loved working with the team here at Disney creating TV and cinema adverts
I felt very valued by my colleagues. I felt like I was part of the team. I was treated really well by everyone and listen to as well.
I have been given a lot of support. I have been sent on many courses. I also had weekly catch ups with my line manager to evaluate my work and get guidance and support.
I was mostly very busy. some days were quieter than others but I was mostly occupied.
I have been given more responsibility as the time went by. The more I proved myself with little tasks the more responsibility i was given
I have practically applied most of what I have learnt at university. which will be really helpful when I go back to studying.
The Company
Everyone at Disney is very sociable and friendly. I have been involved in a lot of group work.
the placement program is very well organised. you get an induction day when you start then they ensure you meet and stay in touch with other interns at disney
they have send me to many trainings including Clearcast, adstream, brand training as well as first aid training.

Working from home
Great if you can be a freelance (in my department). However, I'm an international student which won't surely work.
The Culture
you get put on a facebook group and a group chat with all the other interns when you start.
I would say affordable. london is very expensive in general.
Lots of bars and pubs around the area which makes socialising very easy.
We had a couple of team bonding days, meals, and shoot days where we bonded together.
