I throughly enjoyed my work placement at IBM.
I felt extremely valued and appreciated for the work I was contributing to my team
I was given lots of support and guidence by my task managers and my EPM
I was given lots of tasks which kept me busy, but did not feel stressed with the work load.
I was given lots of responsibility durning my placement and were trusted by my managers to do a good job.
I developed new skills and grew existing ones such as time management, communication and team work
The Company
It was a good environment with lots of friendly people
I think it was very well organised and the transition into IBM was very smooth
I had lots of personal development during my placement including completing badges to go towards learning new skills
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
Highly appealing, I would definitely recommend coming back as a graduate to the company
The Culture
Yes, we had lots of after work drinks and parties to ensure that everyone was networking with one another
It was expensive however, the company paid for a lot of the drinks and social events
It was good - lots of bars, restaurants etc
There was several opportunities
