About You
Even tho not everyone had a technology background they program was made in a way that anyone can enjoy it. The only downside that I've found is the fact that each spring intern should have been asked in what domain/section they would like to know more.
No matter how big the team you worked with was, everyone's role was important.
No matter the challenge they were very helpful and they knew how to guide and support you.
I study Computer Science, thus I found the coding challenges helpful and the ones that required teamwork gave me a better inside on how teamwork in a company really is like.
The Company
The insight was very well structured. Even tho minor problems occurred, solutions to them were found fast.
In some days when we had more talking than activities, the atmosphere got a little boring and tired. Otherwise, it was a lot of fun.
They fully went in and invest in training and development so they can have the best form their spring interns
It helped a lot because I had the occasion to ask summer interns or graduates who are working there and all my questions were answered.
It helped me acknowledge the company culture and diversity.
Very valuable because I got the chance to see how the employers work in a team and how it really feels like to work in a team in a company.
Everything Else
I was not paid.
Yes. The program was made in a way that we also had networking events and chances to meet their employees.
They were made in a way so you always socialise with other people.
Yes, each employee told us in what activities they get involved outside work.
Absolutely!! Great chance to see how it would be in a company you desire to work for.
