About You
A really engaging and interactive week in which you didn't feel under pressure due to the atmosphere that was created by people giving presentations and the HR running the programme. This helped me get the most out of the week and also enjoy it.
Hard to say during a week, but the amount of effort put into the week demonstrated they valued our attendance.
Lots of advice and support was provided, ranging from workshops from experts to speaking to employees and getting a first hand insight into their day to day life.
The workshops provided are definitely something I will take away in different aspects of my life. The information provided by employees has certainly helped me get a clearer picture of the job I may be going into in the future.
The Company
The structure was great, at the start of he week as a group we outlined what we wanted out of the week and the HR department then helped us to achieve these goals.
The atmosphere was great. The employees helped everyone to feel welcome upon walking in the doors and the people were all nice.
