About You
The spring into technology programme at JP Morgan was a really interesting and engaging insight into what it is like to be an engineer in the finance industry, as well as providing useful help for how to enter the industry.
While the company and offices are very large, during the sessions it was a very friendly and inclusive atmosphere
The programme was very well organised and we received full instructions before and during the placement on where to be and what to do
Most of the skills we learnt about and developed were related to applying for internships and being a successful software engineer rather than directly helping with your degree.
The Company
The insight seemed well planned out and executed, covering everything you could expect to find out in just a week about what a company is like and the kind of people they are looking for.
Everyone was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxed especially during team mini projects
The time the employees spent with us was dedicated to helping us with our own development and showing us what they got up to during a typical day of work.
