The Role
I really enjoyed the variety and the pace. I was given a lot of responsibility very early on.
I felt like any other member of staff I was not treated differently.
Loads of training and development
Very busy, its a full on job. If you want an internship were you aren't doing much and can coast by this is deffo not for you.
Loads I ran my own desk, did most things on my own by the end of it.
The training was full on and I learnt not only recruitment but skills outside of the job also
The Company
Buzzy, friendly and welcoming. Never felt out of place and there was always something going on.
Very well organised from the very start XXX kept me up to date and meet me for a few months after to make sure I was settled in. Training was well organised also.
Loads, always something in your diary to help you develop
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Travel loan
I would look to return
