  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?

    • There would be new tasks for me to complete every day, all with varying difficulty and commitment required. My workload was monitored and managed well by my supervisor so that when I was under pressure to complete tasks I would not be overloaded with additional work. Likewise I would take on more tasks when not under as much pressure as other members of the team.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?

    • I took on demanding tasks during the placement which normally would be carried out by more experienced engineers, expanding my knowledge and vastly increasing my confidence to complete challenging jobs. I was often given the chance to demonstrate my knowledge to higher up job roles when they needed to make an informed decision, increasing trust between me and my peers.
