The Role
Very helpful leaders. The company offers flexible working which makes life much more easy.
The work environment is very supportive and I felt valued during my time here.
The leadership team and the seniors were very helpful and always ready to help. Very approachable.
the work graph fluctuated with some days super busy whilst some days very relaxed.
the responsibility given is limited. I was given some responsibility but I would have appreciated more.
I have learnt a lot of skills which will help me in any field for a lifetime. I have developed my IT skills in which I was very weak before the placement year. I have taken a lot from the year and am thankful for this opportunity.
The Company
There was a bit of banter with my close colleagues but there was some lack of unity in the office and at times it gets very quiet
It was very well organised.
The firm invested a lot in me for personal developments. I have got opportunities to attend conferences of industry wide level.
