Valued by everyone for everything you do
Plenty of support for anything in the job, easy to seek any guidance too - Everyone is willing to help you out.
Some branches are busier than others but each day has a good overall balance
You get plenty of opportunity to run the branch and be the person in charge, as well as plenty of responsibility for company assets, service, everything.
Developed a whole range of skills from communication to organisation, and a huge boost in confidence. These skills should help me in my whole career as well as life in general.
