The Role
Loved every second of it, if you work hard you will be rewarded massively
Very valued, constantly praised and congratulated by managers and colleagues
Every month we had a meeting with our personal development manager, they give us great support and guidance for the next month. We set goals on our reviews and with the help of management you try and achieve them.
Very busy, I worked at an airport location which is very intense and fast paced. The hours I worked were roughly 42 hours a week on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern.
A lot, at one point we were very understaffed with branch managers and we had to play the role until they filled the position. It was fantastic experience and a lot of responsibility.
My worth ethic and organisation skills have improved tremendously. I will now return to university knowing I will be more organised and will be better at timekeeping.
The Company
fun, vibrant, competitive, young, busy
Very organised, the placement is set out from day one very clearly.
A training week at the head office, regular meetings on development. Personal training sessions to learn about the business with senior managers.
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Enterprise is still massively expanding and job opportunities are endless. The pay potential is incredible too.
The Culture
We were all great friends and regularly met up. Work always had events organised for us too.
I personally was able to stay at my parent's house in the town I grew up in. Living costs were not a problem.
There are some clubs and bars, nothing too exciting however
We had many reward events for achieving in sales etc. I also had the honour of going to many of the 'Elite Clubs' which was a free day out doing an event with colleagues from other areas who were the top ranking for sales that month.
