fantastic learning experience you get a lot out of it
everyone looks out for each other definite sense of team
management is always there for you
busy everyday. quiet after xmas but usually very busy as to be expected at an airport
many oppurtunities to run entire shifts or if this is too much for some there were roles with additional responsibilty
skills for life put simply. cust service, conflict resolution. its the complete package
The Company
sense of team with some great friendships formed
the job is very well organised as is the placement experience. struggles where usually caused by external factors
fantastic on the job training where mistakes are not critised or belittled they are accepted and you learn from them.
great opportunities for growth one of the best around in this regard
