The Role
Great placement! GE Aviation Wales offers plenty of hands-on experience with strip, repair, assembly and test of jet engine. Students can develop an in-depth understanding of component failure modes, stress modes and hardware system interaction. Moreover, the work environment is composed of technicians, engineers, managers and designers which allows you to build and develop your soft skills greatly as well.
Plenty of responsibility are given by working in a wide variety of projects. If you keep a passionate and curious attitude, there is a great opportunity to take on projects on your own, develop you network and build your technical and organisation skills.
