  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • A great combination of challenging work and friendly people. My welcoming supervisors were very good at allocating level appropriate work.

    • I was able to get involved with active matters and I felt like my suggestions were being taken seriously.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • I always knew what I was doing and where I needed to be. The only thing that would have been better was if all of the practice area introductory talks were before the assessment day.

    • It was relaxed yet professional, and the graduate recruitment team were fantastic at looking after us during the stressful periods!

    • My supervisors took time to ensure that I was taking valuable lessons away from each task or activity. The graduate recruitment team also organised sessions to focus on practical skills.

    • Through getting in involved with trainee tasks I felt like I received a very good insight into what a permanent role would be like.

    • There were plenty of opportunities, however I would have valued a chance to meet more senior lawyers from other practice groups.
