The Role
I couldn’t recommend the internship at Enterprise enough. I have loved it and an genuinely sad that it has come to an end. The opportunities open to me were invaluable and are some that I can use in my future careers and final year of uni. It is the only internship I found that focused on all aspects of business.
I have truly made friends for life while working in Enterprise. It’s not common to have such a fun and friendly atmosphere in an office; however Enterprise have nailed it. “Enterprise is a fun and friendly place to work, where team work rules”; a value that is truly integrated in day to day life.
All of the Enterprise employees started from the bottom and worked up; therefore everyone has been through the same process. Everyone is so helpful and happy to help. I can’t fault the support that has been given to me throughout my year. 1 to 1’s and reviews are also done on a monthly basis, therefore support is always on hand.
It is a fast pace, hands on job; however this has just helped develop within the company.
An Intern is treated no differently to any other employees which is something I really valued. I was given the same responsibilities and tasks and felt valued by managers.
I have been given skills for life; sales, customer service, marketing, admin, business to business interaction......the list goes on. I feel I am a lot better at organisation and my work ethic is through the roof.
The Company
Quite simply; the fun never stopped. There was never a dull day in the branch. We do work long hours, however they fly by when you’re working with your friends ! ! ! ! !
Extremely well organised. Rotas, training...
Fully invested.

Fabulous opportunities. I am happy knowing that I will walk into a job once I’ve completed my degree.
The Culture
Yes! Area nights out; open bar!
I lived in a city about 20 minutes from my branch out of personal choice. It wasn’t the cheapest however I could have lived closer to work and paid a lot less.
Amazing!
Lots of opportunities
