The Role
At times I hated it but overall it’s been a fantastic year
We all valued and respected everyone in the branch and area
This very much depends on the branch you go to. Some Area/branch/assistant managers are more supportive than others.
Normally busy most days towards the end of the week it tends to get quieter
You have your own captaincy roles which you can really drive and improve. It shows you can take control and also delegate job roles
My work ethic has changed a lot working 48+ hour weeks I hope will me when I go back to uni - doing a 10-4 in the library seems a breeze!
The Company
Most of the time it was a fun place to work!
Very well organised enterprise really look after their interns
We had many training days and two intern days. 1-1s with manager every month to see where you are really helps to motivate you
Company Parties/Events
Appealing as you can physically see where you can end up as all managers have done this.
The Culture
at first it was hard to balance work and social life however now I’m used to the hours and I always find time to see my friends and family. Within enterprise we have area nights out, there’s group events for example 10,000 on rent event next month
Cheap enough - derby
Wouldn’t travel to derby for a night out
Yes the lads in our area had a football team
