The Role
This job is challenging but is just as if not more rewarding. Great opportunity to develop as a person
The teams are usually small so therefore bonds get formed quickly. Everyone are friendly and will always try to include you.
Development is a core value of this company and your colleagues are always looking to improve you.
It's is a extremely intense environment where I have never been bored.
You are given a lot of responsibility but only as much as you can handle. You will never be given more than you can handle but you will still be challenged.
I have completely changed as a person because of this experience and all for the better. This has set me up with more skills than I could've ever expected.
