Intern Review

The people you meet are incredible and the motivation is unreal, you can progress and be promoted even as an intern! An invaluable experience. You learn so much and will take skills away that you will use for the rest of your life. An enjoyable placement I would definitely recommend.

The colleagues I have are incredible people. Everyone respects everyone and we all helped each other along the way! We all have one to ones where your progress is tracked and your managers are able to motivate or help you in any area that you need. There is a great support system.

Monthly one to ones and reviews, progress is tracked monthly and our managers are constantly praising us. Our managers are always there to support you at any time, whether it’s via meeting, phone call or email. If you have any issues you can ask them to come into the branch and they will do their best to sort it.

it’s a very busy job, not for the faint hearted! You learn so much and the time flies by. There will be some days where you feel like you don’t get a break and others where you are with less customers but you can work on your own progression in this time

You are given opportunities to run the branch as a manager once you have learnt the basics in the branch. They are there to support you if you need but essentially the business is in your hands. You are given great responsibility during your time at enterprise so make the most of it!

I will take the skills I have learnt and use them for the rest of my life. The work ethic I have is great now and I have so much more determination to get things completed. You will have great time management to focus on your studies which is great

Our office is always a fun and great place to work. There is so much banter and we are all friends so we have a great time together. We also do a lot out of work together which has really built our relationships. It feels fun being at work as we are all friends

The placement was really organised and I knew exactly what was going on the whole time and always was up to date. There is a constant flow of emails to make sure no one is lost. We have regular training which is organised in advance and keeps you in the know

I have had so much personal development. The business invests so much time into the development of their placement students. So many skills have been learnt and I will take the development I have had away and use the life skills I’ve learnt away and use them for the rest of my life

If you complete your placement year with the progression provided by enterprise rent a car then you are guaranteed a job within the business and they are a great business to work for. I could definitely see myself coming back to enterprise in the future as they are the nicest people

There was a great social scene at enterprise Rent a Car. We are always going out together for both work and personal events. The business puts on loads of events, for example women in rental and 10000 on rent party. They also have a winter party where everyone and partners are invited

It is not expensive to live or go out in my area. However if it was, enterprise Rent a Car pay a great wage which would cover these costs. We earn a great wage and are able to pay our life costs with ease and have spare money to spend on anything

Peterborough as an area for nightlife isn’t great but it was always made great when with our colleagues as they would be such a laugh and the managers would pay for everything! There is always laughs and plenty to do if you are with great people and enterprise is full of them

Our area are always doing activities outside or work. Whether we are going to the pub, for a meal or an activity like bowling or even a night out, Enterprise is a very social business to be in as they are always planing social events to bring people together !
