The Role
Mixed bag. Over exaggerated tasks communicated on the start (like most jobs). Easy to learn all day-to-day tasks
People you work with is easily best part of this job.
Almost overseen. Enterprise has a small business mentality which is a fantastic business model (as the company) as provides a working environment where people feel bad if they take a day sick etc.
Tasks come at you from everywhere, a lot of serving customers.
Tasks didn’t require a lot of responsibility, very easy role.
Management styles can be written about critically however daily tasks haven’t furthered my reading.
The Company
Always good
Ok - big scheme but gets people in and out. Interns don’t count towards retention rates.
A complete lack of expenditure - very micro managerial company and look over any tiny costs.
Good tasks across the year but few and far between
