The Role
Amazing place to work, the development and real life experiences have set me up for the rest of my life. I was surrounded but a brilliant team who gave me the responsibility and support i never expected i would have when i first started. If i could go back i would do it all over again!!!
The team became my second family, i am really happy to have met life long friends!
I was supported from the very beginning with support from management, getting me stuck in as with daily task and giving me the ability to run and control an area of the business
We work long hours but have the incentives to back it up, days and nights out and cash prices. Coming from university it was initially a struggle to adapt to but over time it became a routine where now i feel empty if im not doing anything so now im always productive
I was handed alot of responsibility at enterprise and seen as an equal to the management trainees which made me feel part off. I lead the marketing area of our business generating new business whilst ensuring the current businesses are happy
I think i have gained skills for life! I have learned so much that i can use in my everyday life especially going back to uni.
The Company
The fun never stops, we are always having a laugh and a joke in branch even with customers which makes the day go by faster
Very organised and set up well. Timelines where mapped out well making it a seamless process
I received a a lot of investment in terms of time from everyone around me, teaching me new skills and processes. Also giving us days out and area nights out
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Brilliant!! Have a part time job going back to uni and a job offer for when i return after uni
The Culture

Great night life, pubs, clubs and bars
