The Role
Enterprise is an amazing place to work you discover there is a lot more to the business that you originally think. Within the placement I have realised what I now want to pursue after university.
I had 100% backing from my first day at enterprise from my peers as everyone helps everyone out.
I didn’t have a branch manager for my placement however my assistant managers helped me get through the placement.
We work long hours but the days are that busy that the time flys can blink twice and the day is over.
I was honestly surprised how much responsibility we take on 10 months in I was running the fleet deciding what cars go on what deals, it feels amazing.
Learnt more in this year of placement than in the whole of my time at university.
The Company
Atmosphere in my branch and between colleagues was always amazing.
We are very well monitored to make sure we succeed
The level of investment in training we go through is second to non.
Financial Bonus
I have been offered part time work next year and then hopefully leading to a full time job at the end.
The Culture
We go pubs most Fridays
Quite expensive living in Lincoln but could be done a lot cheaper.
Poor but that’s lincoln
