The Role
The work was Challenging, but rewarding as it tested and developed my skill set but the effort was recognised by those around and the impact of the work was visible.
I felt like a key member of the team, being given real responsibility from day one. along side the work my team was close and supported one another.
Guidance and training was given on the job and when required, somebody always offered support when it was requested.
Due to taking on a lot of responsibilities I was constantly working on a multitude of projects, meaning i was never bored. But the effort and commitment was recognised and rewarded.
Over the year my responsibilities grew as my skills developed, leaving me with a variety of projects to work on each day. However projects would be re-assigned if the workload got too much.
On my placement my IT skills have grown exponentially, learning to code and build reports. My business skills and understanding of markets has also developed, which will aid in my final year of my degree
The Company
THe team worked hard, but also knew how to have fun and joke when the time arose.
the department handled interns well, starting them with slow work to develop and understanding of the rental market, before progressing onto more substantive work.
I was given hours of IT training and analysis training that will aid me in whatever career path i take.
Company Parties/Events
I would strongly consider returning to Enterprise after my degree
The Culture
The group of interns employed organised different types of events weekly
Egham is far enough outside of London that prices were not extortionate.
Egham has 3/4 pubs, however Staines and Windsor are close.
Yes weekly football, social events and volunteering opportunities.
