The Role
My project was really interesting and challenging. It directly linked to the field i want to get into eventually.
I felt valued as a team member, despite being an intern.
I was given enough support and guidance by management, but i did work pretty much independently. This suited the nature of my project and my working style.
I was kept busy throughout my internship, but there were busier periods.
I was given a large amount of responsibilty and really felt my project was my own.
I definitely developed a lot of skills and relevant experience here, which should help in finding a job.

The Culture
