The Role
Loved it, so much exposure to different areas of work and perfect for a 1 year industrial placement to gain as much knowledge of different areas as possible.
Working in small teams means you work closely with others and all rely on eachother to succeed
Managers and higher management were extremely helpful and i felt there were no barriers to be able to talk to anyone because of their positions
Very busy day to day job and longer hours than a standard 9-5 job but the time goes so quickly because of how busy you are. Plenty of fun and friendly people around make it pleasant.
A lot. Which is what you want from a placement to gain as much experience and real life skills as possible.
More than anything else it has helped my people skills so much. Being able to problem solve and deal with difficult situations which is arguably one of the most important skills to have.
The Company
Vibrant and filled with fun and enthusiastic people.
Very organised and clear goals to achieve throughout your placement so you always know where you are and where you need to be.
Regular performance reviews and training helped me reach my goals and develop my skills throughout the year.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing now I have completed my placement and I feel ahead of the game to be able to return and get promoted as quickly as possible.
The Culture
To work at Enterprise you need to be an enthusiastic person therefore everyone I work with was outgoing especially my fellow trainees.
Cost is average. I lived in the student area of Reading Uni which is obviously student prices which was good.
Reading is a good town to be in with plenty of restaurants and bars for after work.
Played 5 a side football with my area of branches which was good fun.
