The Role
Great people, great business exposure, but long hours.
I felt valued most the time.
Lots of support from the management team.
VERY busy, but the day goes quicker so it is not always an issue.
Lots of pressure to get work done to finish on time. This naturally creates plenty of responsibility.
Customer service and sales will help me with my future goals without a doubt.
The Company
Very dependent on who you are working with. Great when the day isn't too busy.
Great training and development platform. However no time set aside for my uni work which was ongoing throughout the year.
Cannot fault the training at Enterprise.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Enterprise is a huge company with opportunities for development.
The Culture
Everyone from my training group were in different areas.
Haslemere very pricey, but that is just Surrey.
Just pubs in Haslemere.
Quite a few opportunities were advertised, pride etc.
