The Role
HR team did a fantastic job creating fun events throughout the summer. These events involved interns from other departments as well as senior leaders of the bank
It is tough to make an impact at the intern level but the team did a great job at involving me at every step of the deals and even with client meetings
My managers had an open door policy and never turned down a chance to coach me on something
From the moment I walked in to the moment I left late in the evening... I was busy
I was staffed on two transactions and was heavily involved in pitching materials
M&A training Financial Modelling Pitching
The Company
Extremely pleasant and welcoming
Everything from recruiting, to interviewing, to training was very professional
we had a full week of official training followed by weekly training sessions held by other teams

The intern class is very sharp and diverse
The Culture
Yes we hung out frequently on the weekends
It was expensive but expected
It is great many bars and restaurants in the area
