  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • HR team did a fantastic job creating fun events throughout the summer. These events involved interns from other departments as well as senior leaders of the bank

    • It is tough to make an impact at the intern level but the team did a great job at involving me at every step of the deals and even with client meetings

    • My managers had an open door policy and never turned down a chance to coach me on something

    • From the moment I walked in to the moment I left late in the evening... I was busy

    • I was staffed on two transactions and was heavily involved in pitching materials

    • we had a full week of official training followed by weekly training sessions held by other teams

    • Yes we hung out frequently on the weekends
