The Company
Very relaxed but hard working atmosphere.
I was left to my own devices to organise my work, time and deliverables. However for the type of person I am I think this was a positive.
A lot! We've had professional training along with access to many educational platforms. Not to mention EVERYONE is willing to help us.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
It will depend on your team, however I believe that they encourage development. Especially with their Engineering Excellence programs, allowing deep technical people to still 'climb the ladder' but stay in deep tech instead of managerial roles.
The Culture
Lots of social events and networking event, so for most people that enjoy a social lifestyle Citi is the perfect place to be.
Cost of living is HIGH! But the salary reflects that as it is in central London.
Very vibrant.
Yes, so many. Details are team specific or division specific but there are so many opportunities to do anything and everything.
