The Role
Very much so! The people were very intelligent and driven and the HR staff were exceptionally accomodating.
All my colleagues made a huge effort to introduce themselves and there were many informal "teach ins", whereby different members of the floor would come and talk to us about what they do.
My supervisor acted as my staffer and would put me on jobs that particualry appealed to me.
Quite busy. A usual day goes frpom 745am to 11pm
Not as much as I would of liked, however this has more to do with the nature of the information (very private) and the clients being quite sophisticated
Hopefully alot!
The Company
Really quite intense due to the nature of the work. However everyone was very friendly and in it together
Exceptionally. The HR staff do a tremendous job
The firm invested a full week away from the desk in a training week plus constant online modules
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
There may be limited scope to join the firm due to head count issues
The Culture
Yes absolutely. Everyone was lovely
Very expensive
Very good!
No, everyone works very hard and having a life outside of work is pracitcally impossible especially during the week
