The Role
Ten incredible weeks to fully understand Investment Banking and to network within the bank. Employees are extremely friendly and welcoming - so is the HR team who did everything too help us enjoy our time here!
Analysts and Associates always gave me feedback to help me improve both my technical skills and my understanding of the industry.

Very busy during weekdays, because the projects were extremely demanding and prestigious.
Many responsibilities when I compare to other banks I interned at. Also, given the internship is a short placement (only ten weeks), I thought I would be given much less responsibilities. I helped my deal teams on most of the aspects of the deals.
The first week was incredibly useful: HR had organised a week of training with Fitch Learning professionals who taught us many useful things, from Excel basics to Analyst best-practices. When we joine dour teams after the training, we were operational from day 1!
The Company
Very relaxed atmosphere; I felt i was part of the team from day 1 and that I could ask for advice to everyone in the team - both junior and senior people
A lot of time and resources. One out of then weeks of the internship were dedicated to a training with investment banking professionals and data base providers.
Sports and Social Club
My experience so far at Citi really makes me consider a long-term career within the firm.
The Culture
In Canary Wharf, there are many places to go have drinks with your colleagues or with your friends working in other banks after work.
You have to go back to London for your nights out.
