The Role
I really enjoyed this placement and there was a lot of variety with what we did during the placement
All of the people at Hengistbury were friendly and encouraging and it was really enjoyable to work with them :)
Whenever we were carrying out a task on the site it was always fully explained on how to correctly do it and why we were doing it.
There was a good balance between indoor and outdoor tasks.
I feel like the skills I learnt on this placement will help me in future placements/jobs and help with the rest of my uni course
The Company
There was always stuff to do around the site occasionally there wasn't much to do on certain days but it did sometimes depend on what needed doing ect.
I'm still not sure if this is the type of work I would like to go into once I finish uni but I still wouldn't mind doing it and it is enjoyable work
The Culture
It made the placement even more fun :)
