    • Very interesting experience, enjoyable range of insights into Investment Banking

    • Was producing work that I then directly sent to clients which demonstrates the trust Citi puts in its interns

    • Training program extensive for a ten week program and courses sent over before internship started

    • Very focused and driven environment, but often found time to connect with people who had wide range of interests

    • Some of the onboarding procedures need improving, but training week very well organised and plenty events throughout the summer
