The Role
It is a very diversified place with people of different nationalities and backgrounds. People are highly approachable and welcoming.
My colleagues did not treat me as an intern but treat me equally and valued my opinion even as an intern
They are super supportive in terms of work and life. Any questions are welcomed
it depends on the work load. Sometimes it is quite busy and sometimes we leave earlier
I was engaged in a lot of projects and people explain everything in details to me
Trainings given by department are extremely useful and throw light on what work is like
The Company
Friendly and welcoming. Everyone says hello and cares about each other
Very organised as we know the whole plans in details
They support me to find personal interests of any kind and deliever great trainings
The Culture
Yes. Social occasions between interns as well as between anaylsts and above
it is quite expensive but it is just typical London
It is ok. Did not engage too much but heard it is good
Yes! Women in business, network breakfast and other events with exposure to seniors
