The Role
Loved working here as you get perfectly balanced work load and support, I would love to comeback as graduate
They are supportive and take lot of interest in your work and never turn you down if you ask for help. They also value the work you are doing even if it is just for training purposes.
I can always go and speak to my manager and get 1 to 1 weekly meeting, he is more like mentor than a manager
I was given the right amount of work and time to finish it
As it says, I was running the show. I was given a technical project and was teamed up with another intern.
I have developed lot of technical skills and soft skills like communication, presentation, project management, and the list goes on. These skill will definitely help me in my degree and beyond.
The Company
It was flexible, friendly and you don't feel like its work, it was fun.
Well organised and people were looking forward for us.
There were sessions for our soft skills and also for project/dissertation for next year.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Haven't got a job with them yet, but looking forward to it.
The Culture
We arranged some outings on our own and lots of parties with the whole office as well.
Can't comment as I was living with parents
Not my thing
Lots of opportunities like charity work, Christmas party arrangements, etc. You can also be a part of social committee and arrange social events of your choice for your colleagues.
