The Role
Great working environment, very flexible in regards to start time and there's always someone willing to help out if you don't fully understand certain things.
Very valued, treated like one of the team just like other full-time employees.
Always there to give support, willing to step out of their way to help with any issues you may be facing.
Definitely a perfect balance, was never overwhelmed with work that it put so much pressure, but also didn't have so little that I was left sitting browsing the web.
Given quite a lot of responsibility, working on some brilliant projects and also given the trust to do things on my own without being walked through every step of the way.
The Company
There are always social events planned for specific events.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Working from home
The Culture
Not too far away from Central London, so there's something always available.
Cisco arranges quite a lot of charity events to help out the local community.
