The Role
It was good fun but there could have been more involvement for all of the interns as a group.
My team were helpful in looping me in with things and thinking of me as another member of the team.
My line managers were great and we had lots of 1 to 1s and they kept asking for my own opinion on things and getting me involved in projects.
Some days very busy, other days not so much.
I was given a lot of responsibility but I know help was always there if I needed it.
Probably more with beyond than with my degree (economics)
The Company
A good atmosphere in the office - never tense.
Quite unorganised. The event the first few days was a waste of time, and the intern council were very difficult to get hold of and speak to.
Not really much focus on personal training unless you seek it.
Quite exciting but not as good as the competition's employment prospects are.
The Culture
More among colleagues than placement students.
Quite expensive but a lot of fun!
Nowhere better.
Not really
